Our annual Summer Arts Festival event with Oye Group is happening Aug. 29!
Modified for the times, we're using the Starr as an outpost to give out Summer Arts Care Packages and other goodies to Bushwick families, followed by a live-stream concert from the Starr featuring Starr Busby!
