Julia May Jonas is a writer and theater maker. Recent plays include Your Own Personal Exegesis, Problems Between Sisters, and A Woman Among Women. Jonas is the writer of the novel Vladimir. Her second novel, Diana, is forthcoming from Avid Reader Press. She has taught at Skidmore College and New York University and lives in Brooklyn with her family.

Michael Zegen is best known for his roles as Joel Maisel on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Damien Keefe on Rescue Me, and Ben Siegel in Boardwalk Empire. Notable film credits include the coming-of-age hit Adventureland, the acclaimed indie Frances Ha, and the Oscar-nominated Brooklyn. He made his Broadway debut in A View From the Bridge and has since appeared in the Broadway premiere of Alice Childress's Trouble in Mind.
